Salon User Policy

Welcome to Divine Aesthetics Clinic. Your understanding and compliance with our salon policy ensure a seamless experience for all our valued clients. Please review the following guidelines carefully before your appointment:

Booking and Cancellations

  • Deposit: A 50% booking fee is required to secure your appointment, which will be applied towards your service cost. This deposit is non-refundable for cancellations or rescheduling made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made under the 48-hour window will incur the full cost of the booked treatment, which will be added to your next appointment.
  • Emergency Policy: We understand emergencies occur. In such cases, please inform us as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling options.

Appointment Day

  • Arrival Time: Please arrive on time. A £10 fee will be charged for arrivals more than 10 minutes late. Arrivals over 30 minutes late will need to reschedule, and the full cost of the treatment will be charged.
  • Missed Appointments: Failing to attend without notice will result in the full treatment cost being charged and a 50% deposit required for future bookings.
  • Child Safety: For safety, unsupervised children are not allowed. Please ensure appropriate supervision if necessary; otherwise, cancellations will incur full treatment charges.
  • Right to Refuse Service: Services may be refused for improper behavior, intoxication, or health conditions that could affect the treatment outcome.

Health and Safety

  • Personal Disclosure: Notify us of any allergies, health conditions, or pregnancy to tailor your treatment safely.
  • Patch Tests: Certain treatments require a patch test 24-48 hours in advance. This is mandatory for new clients or if it’s been over 12 months since your last visit.
  • Client Satisfaction: If you’re not completely satisfied, please let us know during or within 24 hours after your treatment. We’re committed to making it right.

Personal Property and Mobile Phones

  • Personal Items: We cannot be responsible for personal property. Use provided storage for your items during treatment and ensure you collect all belongings afterward.
  • Phone Usage: Please set your phone to silent or off to maintain a relaxing environment. Phones should not be used during treatments to avoid distractions.

Treatment Restrictions

Pregnancy:

  • First trimester: No treatments permitted.
  • After the first trimester: Most treatments are available, with specific guidelines for nail services, tinting, and certain prohibited treatments until post-pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Post-Surgery:

  • Treatments are restricted based on the type of surgery and healing time required. Please consult with us for personalized advice.

Minors:

  • Age-specific treatments are available with parental consent required for clients under 18. The presence of a parent or guardian is mandatory for those under 16.

Cancer Patients:

  • We are unable to provide treatments to clients currently undergoing or within five years post-chemotherapy/radiotherapy, except with medical consent. Skin cancer patients must have fully healed and provide medical consent.
