At Divine Aesthetics Clinic, the health and safety of our clients and staff are our utmost priority. As we continue to navigate the challenges posed by COVID-19, we kindly ask for your cooperation and understanding in adhering to our safety protocols. Please review the following guidelines carefully prior to your appointment:

Before Your Appointment

  • Health and Safety First: If you, anyone in your household, or anyone you have been in contact with exhibits symptoms of COVID-19, or has been diagnosed with the virus, please cancel your appointment. We also ask you to cancel if you have been advised to self-isolate by the NHS Track and Trace. Proof of notification may be required.
  • Personal Belongings: Please limit what you bring to the clinic and avoid bringing extra clothing or items.
  • Arrival Protocol: Attend your appointment unaccompanied unless assistance is necessary. We regret to inform you that children are not permitted in the clinic at this time.

At the Clinic

  • Hygiene Practices: Upon arrival, we ask that you wash your hands and utilize the hand sanitiser stations available throughout the clinic.
  • Face Masks: The wearing of a face mask is mandatory. Please bring your own, or you can purchase one from us for a minimal fee.
  • NHS Track and Trace: Please scan the NHS Track and Trace QR code upon entering. If you do not have the app, a manual sign-in will be required.
  • Payment: We request that you bring the exact amount for payment or opt for a bank transfer prior to your appointment to minimize contact.

Our Commitment to Safety

  • Professional Training: Our staff has been trained and certified in Barbicide COVID-19 protocols to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Disposable Items and PPE: We will use one-time-use disposable items and PPE as necessary, and our team will wear visors, masks, and other PPE as per government guidelines.
  • Temperature Checks: We will perform non-contact infrared temperature checks upon arrival. While not foolproof, this measure helps us maintain a safer environment.
  • Sterilization and Cleaning: All treatment areas and equipment will be thoroughly cleaned and sterilized before and after each client.
  • COVID-19 Consultation Form: You will receive a consultation form via text or email which must be completed and returned before your appointment to ensure safety.
