CLINICCARE EGF REFRESH Liquid Moisturiser is an energizing and soothing antioxidant liquid moisturizing toner that refreshes and hydrates skin.
It contains a very high concentration of low molecular weight Hyaluronic acid to help restore the skin’s moisture balance.
This deeply moisturizing antioxidant liquid moisturizing toner is especially good for dry and aging skin.
Adaptogenic herbs calm the skin and low molecular weight Hyaluronic acid deeply hydrates. Sodium PCA is a natural mineral salt that increases the water content of the top layers of the skin by drawing moisture from the surrounding air.
Betaine and beta-glucan help repair and protect skin tissue from daily stressors like UV rays and environmental pollutants. Arctium Lappa Root extract calms and soothes sensitive and irritated skin.
This cosmeceutical product is vegan, cruelty-free, and non-comedogenic.

Directions for use:
Use morning and night as a toner after cleansing. I recommend Cliniccare Concentrated Cleansing Foam. Dispense a small amount of Refresh Liquid Moisturiser onto your hands. Gently massage onto face and neck.
Follow this with the application of the Cliniccare REFRESH Essence or Cliniccare REFRESH Serum with the addition of a generous quantity of Cliniccare Sun Shield Cream (SPF30+) as part of your morning routine. Intended for twice-daily use.
